La Sérénité is a superbly converted old farmhouse located in Aveyron, SW France, that sleeps up to 8 in 4 bedrooms. It sits proudly on the side of the valley providing the most wonderful countryside views and offers an idyllic setting with complete seclusion. The house retains much of its original character and this has been combined tastefully with a very modern and considerate touch. The old rafters, exposed stone walls and wood beams feature throughout the house.

The spacious open plan living areas, large covered decking area and outside dining patio area are all on the 1st floor. Two air conditioned en-suite double bedrooms are upstairs and two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom are on the ground floor. The pool and gardens can be accessed directly from the pretty double bedroom downstairs.

La Sérénité is located in the Aveyron region in the low foothills between the Massif Central and Languedoc. The area benefits from having long warm dry summers but still managing to remain strikingly green from the winter rainfall.

With many of ‘Plus Beaux Villages de France’ in this region it is great to get out and explore and enjoy sightseeing. The Daily Telegraph highlights nearby ‘Najac’ as one of the 20 most beautiful villages in France. There are many local activities available to enjoy, these include canoeing and rafting on the river, cycling, mountain biking, walking and hiking and so much more.
